Work to be completed is the removal of existing pavement, completion of drainage installation, installation of new curb, sidewalk and new asphalt pavement. All work is to take place in the currently closed off south portion of Ridge Rd. Two lanes of travel in either direction with a center lane lane is in effect throughout this period. Minimal traffic disruption may occur when construction vehicles enter or exit the work zone. Once the southern portion is constructed, traffic will be re directed to north and south sides of Ridge road so the median portion can be constructed. This work is anticipated to begin in July with final top course asphalt and striping to be completed by October. |
