Brooks Announces CentriLogic is December Business of the Month

Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks announced that CentriLogic Inc. has been named Monroe County’s “Business of the Month” for December.
“The opening of CentriLogic’s U.S. headquarters in Monroe County is another important boost for our local economy, creating more good jobs and bringing additional investment into our community,” said Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks. “Our highly skilled workforce, colleges and universities, and leadership in high-tech industries continue to give us a competitive edge. We were pleased to assist CentriLogic in growing its business in Monroe County and the Greater Rochester region.”

Our Rochester location will position CentriLogic to become a leading player among U.S. datacenters and put this region on the map in the fast growing market of stored data services.”

Based in Toronto, the company officially opened its U.S. headquarters in Rochester in September. CentriLogic expects to create 48 new jobs in Rochester over the next three years. Monroe County, through COMIDA, provided the company with assistance for the purchase of equipment and building improvements.
