Brooks Dedicates Crime Lab Library to Dr. Ray Santirocco

County Executive Maggie Brooks dedicated the Monroe County Crime Lab's library to the late Dr. Ray Santirocco for his dedication and leadership in the field of public safety. Among his many accomplishments was the planning, installation and operation of the 9-1-1 emergency operation system, which provided the necessary infrastructure to maintain the safety and well-being of Monroe County's residents. Dr. Santirocco was also a former Monroe County Legislator and Penfield Town Councilman. Berthe Santirocco, the widow of Dr. Santirocco, was in attendance for the dedication.
