As window glass is tempered differently than store-bought glass bottles, jugs and jars, it is NOT accepted for recycling curbside (or at the ecopark) and must be disposed of in the regular trash. This is also true for drinking glasses, pyrex containers, microwave oven glass trays, incandescent light bulbs, etc.

Habitat for Humanity or Greenovation may take windows in good condition (see below) for reuse. Greenovation may also take glass dishes, plates, drinking glasses, etc. for reuse.
