Under the NYS Wireless Recycling Act, WIRELESS SERVICE PROVIDERS that offer phones for sale must accept up to ten cell phones from any person or to provide shipping for phones. Cell phones are accepted at Home Depot, CVS, Staples, WalMart, Radio Shack, Sears, Lowes, Best Buy, Sam's, etc.
