Forensic Attendant, Part-Time
This is an entry-level skilled position in the Health Department – Medical Examiner Investigator’s Office responsible for assisting with the removal, logging and processing of human remains. The work also involves maintaining and cleaning equipment in the facilities of the Medical Examiner’s Office, as well as answering the office phone to obtain preliminary information. Employees must be able to move human remains up to a maximum of 150 pounds. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of a Senior Medical Investigator. Does related work as required.

Licensed Practical Nurse
This position is responsible for giving direct and indirect care to convalescent or chronically ill patients and for assisting with the care of seriously ill patients in the Monroe Community Hospital. Employees of this class give bedside care, administer approved medication and assist in giving medical treatment. The Licensed Practical Nurse works under general supervision from, and reports directly to, a Registered Professional Nurse. Supervision of others is not a responsibility of this class. Full time and per diem positions available.

Nursing Assistant
This is an entry-level position in the health care field involving responsibility for performing a variety of direct and indirect care services for chronically ill and convalescent patients in the Monroe Community Hospital. The work is performed under direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Both full time and part time positions with benefit package are available.

Registered Professional Nurse
This is a professional nursing position involving responsibility for providing bedside and clinical care to convalescent, chronically ill, and seriously ill patients in the Monroe Community Hospital. General supervision is received from a senior level nursing staff member. Direct supervision may be exercised over Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants. Full time and per diem positions available.
