What information do I need for personal property levies?
We request that you provide:
- A specific and detailed list of assets or the property upon which we will levy.
Additional information that is helpful includes:
- VIN numbers for vehicles and equipment.
- Serial numbers, color, make or model.
- Any other combination of identifiers that would assist us in making our levy. ;i>
You may also be requested to supply someone to accompany the Sheriff to assist with property identification.
What information do I need for an income execution?
Most employers request the debtor's:
- Last known address.
- Social Security number.
- Departmental number.
- Employee ID number.
You must also provide the full correct name and address of the employer.
When may I anticipate checks on collection accounts?
Once an execution is working, we issue bi-weekly checks on all accounts once certain funds to be disbursed are cleared at the bank.
