The Community Services Unit of the Sheriff’s Office provides a comprehensive Victim Assistance Program. The program includes three experienced and professional victim counselors, all of whom have in-depth knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and the challenges of coping with trauma. They are located in each of the three zone offices in the towns of Pittsford, Henrietta, and Chili, (see map and contact information below). Our staff can provide initial crisis and assessment to determine the appropriate steps for long-term assistance.
