McDonald’s reports on 4/12 at 1130hrs, a F/B customer attempted to pay for an order with a counterfeit $10 bill bearing S/N DG482875293. The US Secret Service was advised of same.

Inv. Doerr, assisted by Inv. Reger and NYS Parole, reports the 4/11/07 arrest of Christopher T. Wright M/W DOB 11/14/65 of 306 N. Lincoln Ave. East Rochester. On 4/7/07 Black and Decker in Henrietta was burglarized with six heavy duty Dewalt Radio Chargers, valued at $ 700.00, stolen. On 4/8/07 Saxby Implement in Mendon was burglarized with four Echo Lawn Trimmers stolen. Wright, who is on parole through 2011 for Robbery 1 st, was known to be selling these types of items on E-Bay. On 4/11/07 Investigators Doerr, Reger and Parole Officers responded to Wright’s residence to further their investigation. Inv. Doerr felt she had developed enough information to apply for a search warrant and upon execution of said warrant property from both victim businesses was found in the house. Two arrest warrants were lodged on Wright after completion of the investigation as he had been incarcerated by Parole.

Sometime between 2200 hrs on 4/12 and 0615 hrs on 4/13/07 an unknown suspect stole a Sharp Image Projector and two Dell Computer Towers from Computer Lab #17-1535 at RIT. Deputy Williams has the follow up.
Grand Larceny 4 th 1545 Erie Station Rd CR#53665
Sometime between 4/13 and 4/16/07 an unknown suspect stole numerous brass plumbing items from a pallet at the “Legacy” construction site at the above mentioned location.
G.L.3 rd/UUV/Criminal Mischief 20 Thruway Park CR#53619
On 4/16/07 between 0200 and 0700 hrs an unknown suspect scaled the fence at Penske Truck Rental and stole one of their vehicles. The Atlas Moving Van, white in color, bears NY Registration 590115 and was driven through the fence. There is probable damage to the front end of the truck.

Inv. Doerr and Deputy Zimmerman, assisted by Capt. Wright and Deputy Remchuk, report the 4/17/07 arrest of Jonathan M. Hackenburg M/W DOB 10/18/84 of New Jersey, and until last night, a resident of RIT Student Housing at the above mentioned location. After receiving a tip that Hackenburg probably had some type of semi-automatic rifle in his room, RIT Security and MCSO Personnel received consent from Hackenburg to search said room. Two semi-automatic rifles, modified in ways that cause the state to declare them “Assault Weapons” were found. A consensual search of the suspect’s vehicle led to the confiscation of approximately 200 rounds of rifle ammunition. He was arraigned at Henrietta Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.

Burglary 3 rd/Petit Larceny 4 High St CR#53307
Sometime between 4/13 and 4/15/07 an unknown suspect entered the office at Springwater Sprouts and broke into the desk, stealing thirty dollars. Numerous sets of keys were also stolen from the office. These keys go to company vehicles and the restroom paper towel holder. At this point it appears none of the vehicles were tampered with. There were no signs of forced entry into the building. Deputy Mancarella has the follow up.
