Tearose Meadow Lane Menacing 2 nd Harassment 2 nd Resisting Arrest CR#34150

Deputies Malsegna and Wiebeld report the arrest of Scott Tears, M/W, dob 06-14-79 of 18 N. Main Street Brockport. On 03-08-07 at about 0705 hours Tears was involved in a dispute with Vincent Mancuso of Holley. During the dispute Tears produced a knife and threatened Mancuso. Tears was transported to the Clarkson Town Court for arraignment. While at the court Tears kicked Deputy Malsegna and threatened to kill her. Tears was remanded to the MCJ.

4147 Roosevelt Highway G.L. 4 th (Stolen Vehicle) CR#33681

Stephanie Fulmer-Kautz reports that on 03-07-07 sometime between 0200 and 0615 hours an unknown suspect(s) stole the 1997 Ford F 250 pick up, color white with NY reg # DLB3441 from the driveway. The vehicle was recovered by the Brockport Police abandoned on Water Street in the Village. The stolen vehicle was involved in at least five hit and run MVAs in Brockport. Investigation revealed a possible suspect description of a M/W, 5’ 11” tall wearing blue jeans, a dark colored puffy coat with a fur fringed hood and white sneakers. The investigation continues.

Scarlet Pines Circle Sex Abuse 1 st Forcible Touching EWOC CR#36993

Investigator Barrus and Deputy Soike report the arrest of George Delucia, M/W, dob 08-08-66 of the above address. A minor female child reports that there have been hundreds of incidents where Delucia would enter her room while she was sleeping and sexually abuse her. On 03-20-07 Investigator Barrus interviewed Delucia. He admitted to all of the above crimes. Delucia was arraigned in the Clarkson Town Court. He was remanded to the MCJ.

Hilton

Cedar Terrace Criminal Contempt 1 st Arrest CR#30064

Deputies Fitzsimmons and Schoepfel report the arrest of Michael Holler, M/W, dob 11-26-85 of the above address. On 02-28-07 at 1245 hours Holler was involved in a domestic dispute with his Girlfriend. During the dispute Holler used profanity toward the victim, punched her in the face and left large scratch marks on her body. This was all in violation of a valid Court Order of Protection. Holler was arraigned in the Clarkson Town Court. He was remanded to the MCJ on $5,000.00/$10,000.00 bail.

231 East Avenue Petit Larceny CR#33773

Robert Maples (Hilton East Resident) reports that on 03-07-07 sometime between 0730 and 0800 hours an unknown suspect entered his room (261 W) via the unlocked propped open door. Once access was gained the suspect(s) stole $48.00 from the victim’s wallet. The Wallet was located in an unlocked dresser drawer. The investigation continues.

Riga

Johnson Road Crim. Contpt. 1 st Unl. Imprisonment 2 nd Arrest CR#31036

Deputy McCorry reports the arrest of Eugene Alabaugh, M/W, dob 01-01-61 of the above address. On 03-01-07 at about 1900 hours a domestic dispute began between Eugene and his wife. During the dispute Eugene choked his wife and threatened to harm her. The victim made several attempts to flee the residence to call the police. Eugene physically prevented her from doing so. These actions were all in violation of a valid Court Order of Protection. Eugene was arraigned in the Riga Town Court. He was remanded to the MCJ on $5,000.00/$10,000.00 bail.

Riga Mumford Road Burglary 2 nd P.L. CR#37370

Victim reports that on 03-14-07 sometime between 0845 and 1200 hours an unknown suspect(s) entered the dwelling by kicking in the north side door. Once access was gained the suspect(s) used a pillow casebelonging to the victim to steal several items. The items stolen were a jewelry box (1’ tall, 3” deep, 8” wide with glass doors), one gold 1996 Elba High School class ring with a green stone, one pair of sapphire/diamond earrings, one 14 K gold chain with a sapphire pendant, one gold sapphire ring and one red com pin (1” by 5” that says “5 years” on it with an imitation diamond). The investigation continues.

139 Fairbanks Road Burglary 3 rd P.L. C.M. 4 th CR#38287

The Churchville Chili School District reports that sometime between 03-15-07 2300 hours and 03-16-07 0358 hours an unknown suspect(s) entered the administrative building by breaking out a window. Once access was gained the suspect(s) stole a HP Office Jet 7410 fax machine. The investigation continues.

Sweden

6 Woodlands Way Endangering the Welfare of a Child Arrest CR#12692

Investigator Witthuhn reports the arrest of Eric J. Polle, M/W, dob 04-07-70 of the above address. During the months of November and December of 2006 Poole took several inappropriate cell phone camera photographs of a then fourteen year old female victim. During two of these incidents the fourteen year old victim caught Polle lifting up her shirt as she slept. On one of those occasions he used his cell phone camera to take a photograph. Poole was issued an appearance ticket for the Sweden Town Court.

Viking Way Apartments Sexual Abuse 3 rd Arrest CR#38977

Deputy Bell reports the arrest of Jeremy M. Patton, M/W, dob 03-04-86 of 15618 E. Lee Road Holley NY 14470. On 03-17-07 at about 0130 hours Patton fondled an adult female victim as she slept. Patton was issued an appearance ticket for the Sweden Town Court.
