Dinolfo Announces Special Recruiting on the Road Job Fair During Small Business Week

County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo announced Monroe County will be bringing its next Recruiting on the Road job fair to Henrietta on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. during Small Business Week. This month’s Recruiting on the Road job fair features several local small businesses looking to hire individuals in competitive fields.

“At every Recruiting on the Road event, job interviews are scheduled, job-seekers are hired and we are connecting more residents with more good-paying jobs than ever before,” said Dinolfo. “Our special Recruiting on the Road job fair during Small Business Week will be a great opportunity to connect with local employers looking to hire qualified candidates in fields like advanced manufacturing, healthcare, information technology and more. If you are looking for your next big opportunity, we hope to see you in Henrietta during Small Business Week!”

This Recruiting on the Road job fair will feature several local small businesses participating for the first time, including:

• OFD Foods – This Oregon-based supplier of freeze dried food recently broke ground on a new, local manufacturing facility and plan to hire 30 full-time positions during the first phase of their expansion.
• Lifetime Assistance – Established 40 years ago, this local agency is covering the cost of employees entering the Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
• Tradesmen International – Located in Brighton, this local company is ready to hire electricians, plumbers, welders, masons and more.
