Rochester Community Mobile Crisis Team (Part of Strong Behavioral Health)
The team is a mobile psychiatric emergency department for individuals and families within Monroe County who are experiencing a crisis in mental health. The team’s services are designed to divert individuals and families from the county’s psychiatric emergency departments who are not at risk of harming themselves or others. There are no age restrictions. Individuals/family can be seen by mental health professionals in their home, place of employment, school, etc. Services provided include Crisis intervention/stabilization, mental health assessments and rapid linkage and/or re-linkage to treatment providers.

Behavioral Health Access And Crisis Center (Part Of Rochester Regional Health)
The Rochester Regional Health Behavioral Health Access and Crisis Center (BHACC) is available for those who need help with a mental health or substance use issue. In many situations, you or a loved one may need assistance right away, but not the full resources of the emergency department. The Center can be an alternative to a trip to the emergency department for an urgent mental health need.

Open Access Clinic (Part Of Delphi Rise)
The Delphi Rise Open Access Clinic operates 24/7 and provides Substance Use evaluations and makes a referral for the appropriate level of care which may include detoxification, inpatient, and outpatient care. Delphi will coordinate transportation to treatment facilities as needed. This program serves persons ages 12 and older.
