Please note that this reservation form is only for private events such as family, club or corporate gatherings. If you are organizing an event that is open to the public, advertised in any form (radio, social media, billboard, etc.), selling any goods or services, or if you are charging for admission, a separate and more in-depth permitting and application process must be followed under County law.

A "DELUXE" PARKS FACILITY
On the second floor with view of Irondequoit Bay

RESTRICTIONS
• Monday through Friday only available from 5pm to close at a $500 Special Rate
• Allowable Maximum Attendance based on park regulation: 99
• To prevent damages to the lodge walls please do not use tape on painted surfaces or nails, tacks, push pins, etc. on any surface.
• Permits not available: Large Tents , Horse Rides
• ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER or CONFETTI
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKE or FOG MACHINES
• Access granted only for date shown.


KITCHEN
• Kitchen area is 14' x 11'
Please note the kitchen will only contain the following listed amenities:
• Stainless Steel oven with 4 burners
• Stainless Steel Refrigerator
• Stainless Steel Sink
• Microwave

RESTROOMS
• 2 Individual Indoor Restrooms (handicapped accessible)
• 2 Individual Outdoor Restrooms (handicapped accessible)
• Hand Dryers

INDOOR SEATING
• Seating Area: 55' X 30'
• Tables: 12 round brown tables (60", 30"High), 5 rectangular brown tables (48"x30", 30" high), 6 high top cocktail tables (24" round)
• 95 Folding Chairs: black, plastic, 18"w x 34.5"h, seat 16"d x 18.5h
• Tables and Chairs will be set up by your arrival (set up is in general array all modification to customer is responsible for setting the up as desired)
• Tables and Chairs do not need to be taken down.
• All indoor tables and chairs must remain inside the lodge

• Regular Heat
• Gas Fireplace
• Air conditioning

ELECTRICITY
• Outlets: 36 in main room, 6 in kitchen, 4 outside

TRASH & CLEANING
• Bagged, consolidated trash is disposed of by park staff
• 4 Trash cans (bags/liners included)
• Facility will be clean upon arrival. Customer is responsible for cleaning up any spills

• Mobile Game Truck ($25): On Paved Surface only
• Beer kegs / alcohol (no cost)

•Note: Sign up is for a walk-through ONLY no rehearsal, table set up etc.
•Note: Walk-throughs are a largely unguided showing, to allow you to see what the facility looks like and its layout and amenities. We do not provide event planning services and our staff will be limited in what information or guidance they can provide regarding your event -- we provide a high quality "blank slate," but the look and feel of your special day are going to be up to you!
