Brooks Unveils New Elephant Splash Pool

Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks joined Seneca Park Zoo officials today for a ribbon cutting of the new Elephant Splash Pool.  The splash pool holds approximately 50,000 gallons of water and is 5-feet deep at its deepest point.   

“This is an exciting and special day for all of us, as we officially cut the ribbon on the new Elephant Splash Pool,” said Brooks. “The people of Monroe County rallied around this project and through their generous donations to the Experience Great Things campaign; we were able to make this project a reality for Genny C. and Lilac.”
