Standard Construction Specifications

The Monroe County Standard Specifications are used by consultants for work to be done for contracts on County Roads in lieu of similar NYSDOT specifications. The specifications are provided for information and use in preparing contract documents for capital highway and bridge improvement projects.

PDF and DOC Formats

Right click either the PDF or DOC format file link and select "Save As..." to download Standard Construction Specification files.

Click on a folder's name to view subfolders and forms. TIP: If you can't find what you're looking for, try "Open All" and then use your browser's search command (ctrl-f).

Open All | Close All.
