Description of Duties
This is a professional nursing position involving responsibility for the continuous recruitment, motivation and retention of a professional nursing staff at Monroe Community Hospital. The position requires knowledge in the areas of nursing practice and personnel policies and procedures. The employee reports directly to, and works under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing or other higher-level staff member. Supervision is not a responsibility of this class.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements on or before the date of the written exam:
Possession of a New York State license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
If you are appointed, you will be required to possess a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State or otherwise demonstrate your capacity to meet the transportation needs of the position.
