Identification Technician

Description of Duties

This is routine work responsible for operating digital photographic equipment, personal computers (PC), related digital finger imaging software and other PC related equipment in the production of New York State photo-identification cards, digital photos and finger images for the New York State Benefit Program participants of the Department of Human Services. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of a senior-level staff member. Supervision of others is not a responsibility of this class. Does related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma
