In November 2021, Monroe County initiated its annual Code Blue plan. We currently have a 24-hour warming center at the Open Door Mission, located at 210 W. Main Street, Rochester.
Individuals who are seeking shelter during times of extreme cold can contact 585-753-6044 during business hours and 585-442-1742 after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends.
