Director Of Resident Programs And Lifestyle Service
Description of Duties
This is an administrative position at Monroe Community Hospital responsible for the provision of resident programs and lifestyle enhancement/quality of life services for residents of the facility. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Patient Services or other higher-level staff member. General supervision is exercised over clerical and/or professional staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements on or before the date of the written exam:
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus graduation with a Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent** experience in a supervisory capacity in any field.

If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside the United States and its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency.
