Description of Duties
This is an important technical position involving responsibility for the maintenance and repair of equipment as well as building and grounds maintenance for the Department of Pure Waters. Supervision is received from a senior level employee. Direct supervision is exercised over a maintenance staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class in the Monroe County Department of Environmental Services and must have served continuously for twelve (12) months holding the position of Sewer Collection Supervisor immediately preceding the date of the written test. Provisional time served immediately before a permanent appointment to the same title(s) will be credited.
