Senior Planner
Description of Duties
This is a professional senior-level supervisory position involving responsibility for program development and planning, assigning, supervising, reviewing, coordinating and undertaking a variety of complex assignments. Work is performed under general supervision of a higher-level employee with wide latitude allowed to exercise independence in performing the work. Supervision is exercised over Planners, Planning Technicians, and/or clerical employees.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class at the Town of Greece and must have served continuously for twelve (12) months holding the position of Planner immediately preceding the date of the written test. Provisional time served immediately before a permanent appointment to the same title(s) will be credited.
