Senior Energy Program Evaluator, prov.
Description of Duties
This is a senior-level position responsible for supervising the work of Energy Program Evaluators and assisting in the interpretation and application of Federal, State and local energy assistance laws and energy assistance programs. In situations where this position does not directly supervise the lower-level positions, the work will involve responsibility for providing technical assistance and direction to sub-contractor employees. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of the Senior Energy Program Coordinator. General supervision may be exercised over Energy Program Evaluators. Does related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus EITHER:
- Five (5) years of paid full‑time or its part‑time/volunteer equivalent experience in application review, interviewing, or the application and dissemination of rules, regulations, and policies; OR,
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an associate's degree, plus three (3) years of experience as described in (A) above; OR,
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a bachelor's degree, plus one (1) year of experience as described in (A) above; OR,
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B) and (C) above.
