Dinolfo Launches Business Boost Workshop Series

Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo announced the launch of the Business Boost Workshop series, a seminar series geared towards facilitating business growth for employers of all sizes. The seminars will be hosted at Monroe County’s new Jobs on Main space located on the first floor of the City Place Office Building.

“Jobs on Main is bringing our economic development efforts into the next generation,” said Dinolfo. “Now, we are launching the brand new Business Boost Workshop series which will provide local businesses with meaningful content from industry experts. This series is an outstanding opportunity for local employers to learn more about how to take their business to the next level.”

The Business Boost Workshop Series will consist of the following workshops:
• November 6th – Women Leaders Thrive: Part 1
• November 13th – Hiring & Developing Talent in the Future of Work
• November 19th – Rethinking Customer Service, Transparency, and Trust
• November 20th – Women Leaders Thrive: Part 2
• December 3rd – How New Customer Preferences are Paving the Way for Reduced Operation Costs
• December 4th – Women Leaders Thrive: Part 3
• December 11th – The Value of an Employee Value Proposition
• December 18th – Effective Onboarding that Works

The workshops will be led by experts in their respective fields and are free for local businesses and entrepreneurs to attend. The seminars will look towards the future and offering meaningful content for employers in a variety of different spheres.

Jobs on Main is making the County’s job creation efforts more accessible to residents and employers alike. With better access, a more convenient layout, collaborative meeting space, prominent exterior signage, and a next-generation appearance, Jobs on Main is the ideal location to host this series. The Jobs on Main space will be complete later this month.
